If Cambodia was hot and humid, Saigon was MOTORBIKES. Here's a montage of just a few motorbike shots. And for reference, it was in the 90's and very humid, yet riders are wearing hoodies, helmets, face masks (pollution was a problem), long pants and gloves.
Helmets are required. Hats are optional.
