As mentioned previously, Feb 2 was Super Bowl Sunday, and the ship made a big deal of it. All of the football Sunday foods you'd expect (although still done to Jacques Pepin standards) -- hamburgers, hot dogs, mac n cheese, pizza (with pepperoni, unlike the daily offerings at lunch), chips and lots and lots of desserts.
There was an entrance for Kansas City and one for San Francisco (not pictured, but with Gold and White balloons). I was amazed that they found the right colored balloons.
Not just a plain sheet cake, but one with 6 layers. (notice damage to sod already)
Branded cupcakes to support your team.
Next day at sea, we had the officers challenge. Competition between guests and ships officers in simple athletic contests. Asst Cruise Director Kyle leads the officers onto the field of competition.
Deck officers, including the captain and staff captain (think executive officer)
General Manager Victor and the hotel officers
And the entertainment staff carrying their weapons
Victor at Bag O Bean
Putting
Ping Pong
Then for the Bradleys, another wine tasting

Very artfully presented and the head sommelier tells a great story, but it all tastes like grape Koolaid with vinegar to me
